On Sunday, after going to church, me, my grandmother and my younger sister passed by a flea market on our way home, since it was the third Sunday of the month. We browsed through the market and we found some books we liked. The book I liked had cost $2 while my sister liked two books which were $1 each. I wanted that book badly, but I hadn't brought any money and my grandmother had only brought $2, just enough for my sister's choice of books. Then, I remembered that I had $10 at home. Luckily, our church mate was there and she lent me $2. That means that when I pay her back, I'll have $8 at home.
That's how I use math in daily life, though quite simple.
